Description
This is the green salsa in the squeeze bottle on every table at Lomelee’s, made in small batches in our kitchen. We blister tomatillos, serranos, onion, and garlic on a dry comal until they’re spotted black, then blend them with cilantro and lime.
Spoon it over eggs, enchiladas, grilled chicken, or straight onto a warm tortilla. Refrigerate after opening and enjoy within two weeks.
Ingredients: tomatillos, onion, serrano chiles, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, sea salt.
